How did it start

Reem Helin Space is a renowned, principal designer and fabricator of structural and architectural space frames. We satisfy the need for unusual requirements centered on three dimensional truss system designs that accommodate the criteria for irregular shapes and/or column placements. Reem Helin Space specializes in long - span, column - free and large volume space frame structures for industrial or architectural applications. Space frame system with its steel bars and nodes, not only distributes loads more efficiently but also provides an elegant interior that can span up to 100 m in a flat space frame or 300 m in a curved configuration. We manufacture steel space frames using certified United States sourced materials in multiple system design formats.

Reem Helin Space structures are 100% prefabricated, with easy assembled mechanical connections. The connection between tubes are mechanical and efficient and requires no welding. The connector itself is a full-body steel node hub. The tubes are screwed and fastened at their ends to this node element. Our hub connection system is only used for steel and aluminum elements. All the elements are produced either galvanized, painted or of stainless material as per customer needs. We supply compatible designs focused on lightweight, structurally sound components and recycled materials with a focus in installation flexibility and low maintenance finish options that assure long life quality, function and appearance.

Quality Policy

Reem Helin Space Frame members are either painted, Powder coated ,galvanized or made of stainless steel . As the parts are handy and of small pieces, full automation is used in galvanizing, surface treatment and painting processes. This results in error-free, high quality and long life corrosion protection. Reem Helin Space give much importance to corrosion protection due to our quality policy and to exceed customer demands. We have built the best surface treatment process and powder paint coating automation in the sector. Our structurally sealed circular hollow section space truss system protect the entire structure from internal corrosion resulting in a far more product life against corrosion. Whenever required and upon the client’s request, a complete and detailed Quality System Technical Specification and Method Statement can be provided.
